Homemade Instant Pot Vegan Kefir has become increasingly popular around the world, mainly because of its probiotic and nutraceutical properties. Here, I made homemade kefir in the Instant Pot with only two ingredients–soy milk and kefir starter. Start the Instant Pot in the evening, and by morning, it is done and ready. The result is fresh, creamy and delicious kefir that is vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Toss in fruit, almond butter and hemp seeds, and you have the perfect breakfast smoothie.
Breakfast Quinoa is a bowl full of goodness to start your day! When you cook the quinoa in the Instant Pot, it is ready in 15 minutes. Add your fruit, (either raw or cooked), top with papaya creme, and you will not believe how healthy and delicious your breakfast will be. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free.
Homemade Instant Pot Yogurt. It would seem that it wouldn’t be that difficult to find good yogurt without any additives, preservatives, chemicals, unnecessary sugar or other junk that I don’t want. I like plain, thick yogurt that I can add my own fruit to. I have found a few that are okay, but after experimenting with my newest favorite gadget, nothing is better than Homemade Instant Pot Yogurt. Yes, it takes 15 hours, and then if you want it thick, you have to strain the water, but if you plan ahead, it is so very easy.
Vegan Asparagus Potato Frittata. Breakfast any time of the day is always a perfect meal. Saute the vegetables and spices, add the egg substitute and bake for 20 minutes. Simple, easy and delicious. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
