  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries OR blackberries
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted optional


  • Add quinoa, spices, berries, maple syrup to Instant Pot.  Stir and add almond milk.    Set Instant Pot to pressure cook for 8 minutes.  Let steam naturally release until completely vented.  Serve topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and sliced strawberries.
