Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raw cashews

Tea

  • Add 8 oz 1 cup of water to a 12 oz tea cup
  • Add your favorite tea bag-- I use Earl Grey Organic from Trader Joes. I also use Organic Green Tea on occasion

Instructions

Chai Mixture

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth

Tea

  • Cook in microwave for 3 minutes
  • Let tea sit for 1 minute
  • Remove tea bag
  • Add 4 oz (or to top of cup) of Chai mixture and stir

Notes

Basically, prepare your chai mixture and use it as a creamer in your favorite tea or coffee.
