Ingredients

Layer 1 Chia Pudding

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Layer 2 Matcha Coconut Yogurt

  • 1 cup cultured coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon matcha

Layer 3 Cultured Coconut Yogurt

  • 1 cup cultured coconut yogurt

1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced

    Toppings

    • 2 tablespoon Cacao Coconut Crisps
    • 2 tablespoon Goji Berries

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients for chia pudding in bowl; let set 30 minutes
    • Insert Kiwi around edge of glass
    • Add layer 1 Vanilla chia pudding
    • Add layer 2, Matcha Coconut Yogurt
    • Add layer 3 Coconut Yogurt
    • Sprinkle cacao coconut crisps and goji berries on top

    If your chia pudding is already prepared, your prep time will be 15 minutes.
