Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal cooked
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dried mulberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pomogranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried coconut
  • 1 tsp sliced almonds.

Instructions

  1. Mix cacao powder and maple syrup into oatmeal. Add to bowl
  2. Mix flax into coconut yogurt. Add to bowl.
  3. Add blueberries, mulberries, banana to bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried coconut and sliced almonds.
  5. This serves 2.
