Rosemary, Garlic, Pepper Potato Bakes
Ordinary potato bakes become special with creamy garlic, rosemary and pepper.
- 8 potatoes sliced, in thick french fry shape
- 6 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 anaheim pepper minced
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
Arrange potatoes on baking sheet
Top with garlic, peppers, rosemary
Drizzle olive oil
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are done
